The most common mistake when importing brokerage statements is that the statement contains trade history for the last day/month/year, and not from you first transaction date. Please make sure you have uploaded the reports from the very first transaction.

- Please make sure you have correct brokerage selected.
- Please make sure you've exported correct brokerage statement (by following the instructions).
- Please make sure your statement is not empty. It may be empty if, when exporting a statement from your brokerage, you selected a period when no transactions were made.

Number of shares is incorrect
- Please note, that you need to upload statements from the day of your first transaction. Some brokers limit maximum period of the report to 1 year. If you invested for more than 1 year, download all reports (one for each year) and upload them from older to newer.
- If you have transferred stocks from another broker or another account you need to import trade history from this account first. You can do so by either importing an old statement from the old account or add these old trades manually.
